Pad Studio's Lister Tower project completed in 2016 has been featured in this month's Architects Journal. This project marked a departure from the more contemporary construction projects for which Rice Projects is more commonly known.
Following it's success, Rice Projects has subsequently worked with PAD Studio on the Southsea tennis pavilion, shortlisted for a 2018 RIBA Award.
